Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all online bookings, payments, and services offered on the website https://ledomainepadel.com. The brand Le Domaine Padel is owned and operated by SBH SPORT VENTURES SAS (more info in the Legal Notice)

2. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (TTC).
Le Domaine Padel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order confirmation.

3. Payment

Payments are made securely online via our payment partners (Payplug).
Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Delivery of Services

For bookings, confirmation is provided immediately by email after successful payment.
For memberships or events, confirmation details and access information will be provided by email within a reasonable period.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Beyond that period, no refund will be made except in exceptional circumstances at the club’s discretion.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases, unless the service (such as a booking) has already been fully provided before the end of that period.

7. After-Sales Service

8. Duration of Offers

All offers and prices are valid as long as they remain visible on the website.

9. Communication Costs

Using our website involves no additional communication costs beyond those charged by your internet provider.
